Welcome to join Home-style (Asian) Vegetarian Cooking Classes! In modern research, health specialists have found that vegetarian diets can bring great benefits for our physical and mental health. Whether you are vegetarian or not, we invite you to join us to explore the advantages of vegetarian diets. Our experienced cooks Wantien and Jessie will share how to cook a variety of Asian vegetarian dishes including Tofu, mushrooms, beans and vegetables... You can learn how to prepare delicious vegetarian dishes with various nutritions necessary for our body. 2026, Term 4, from October 25 to December 20 Every second Sunday 4:30pm to 6:00pm (5:30pm-6:00pm Dinner) Location: 9 The Crescent Toongabbie NSW 2146 (in an outdoor kitchen) You can come by car or by bus 702 from Blacktown or Seven Hills station. Tuition fee is $20 per session. Menu: October 25: • Sweet and Sour Mushroom Nuggets (素咕嚕肉) • Braised Tofu (醬燒豆腐) November 8 to December 20: To be determined
