HYROX WORKSHOP

A hands-on HYROX intensive covering technique, rules, race strategy and best practices to help you train and race smarter. This workshop is designed to take away the guesswork and help you understand exactly what HYROX is, how the race works and how to approach it with confidence. Join Elite 15 athlete Greg Lewis (Play Fitness & Performamce), alongside Race Director Matt Hunt (UN1T Sydney) from the HYROX ANZ Sports Team, for a hands-on workshop at Play Fitness. We’ll take you through the HYROX race from start to finish — including how the race works, station technique, movement standards and rules, pacing, transitions, race strategy and common mistakes to avoid. You’ll get the chance to practise the movements, ask questions and pick up practical tips you can take straight into your training and race day. And don’t worry — this isn’t a HYROX simulation or a fitness test. There’ll be a little sweat and plenty of movement, but the focus is on learning and building confidence, not seeing how hard we can make you work.
