Ever since my Improv journey as a student started in 2017, I was immediately hooked! It may have been the endorphins and serotonin you get by playing Improv games, because I can’t remember the last time I felt so seen, so present, and so alive! Whilst my 9-5pm job involved designing coaching and training courses for professional development, I’d wondered if Improv – an art form traditionally used for acting and comedy – could be applied to help people achieve personal development. After experimenting and running courses such as: Improv for Introverts, Improv for Dating and Relationships, Improv for the Workplace… Turns out you can! Improv is a practical tool that can be used for enhancing self-awareness, connecting with others, and aligning with your deepest desires. I am now the Founder and Director of Improv Life Lessons and on a mission to help individuals realise the transformative power of Improv!
