INTERNATIONAL CHAMPAGNE DAY The Art of Sabrage with the Champagne Goddess Friday 23 October 2026 | 6–9pm Bonnibel at lyf Bondi Junction This International Champagne Day, don’t just drink Champagne, Learn to saber it. Join the Champagne Goddess, Susan Le Roux (WSET Level III) for an evening of Champagne, storytelling and a little theatre as we celebrate the world’s most famous sparkling wine — and the spectacular Art of Sabrage. Come for Champagne and the show - or step forward, take the sabre and become part of it.
