It's All in the Feet masterclass is designed to bring the spring back in your step! Our feet are the first base of support in movement and can be neglected till a problem arises. The connection to the ground with our feet daily has a ripple affect up the body. This can be both positive or negative. In this workshop you'll experience: • Tools to mobilise your feet using soft massage balls and self massage. • We narrow the focus to strengthening the intrinsic muscles of the feet using a theraband and other techniques. • Bring stability and agility back in your feet especially for running/walking/daily life by incorporating the whole body in a final movement sequence.
