Enter a safe, supportive and intimate retreat space designed to encourage deep connection, inner exploration and energetic alignment. Session overview: • A short introduction to Kundalini Activation & Breathwork and what to expect from your session. • 15 minutes of guided breathwork accompanied by music to help you ground, connect with your body and prepare for the activation. • Music-guided Kundalini Activation supported by a carefully curated playlist to complement your journey. • Somatic and energetic practices to help you tune in and reconnect with your mind, body and inner self. • Time at the end of the session to rest, integrate and reflect on your experience Your space: Sessions are held at Viora Private Sanctuary, a private, home-based retreat space in Mosman, thoughtfully prepared to offer a welcoming and nurturing environment for your experience. Arrival & parking: • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. • On-street parking is available nearby. Please allow extra time to find a parking spot. • The entry gate will generally be left open for your arrival. Kindly wait outside the glass door until Olivia comes to welcome the group into the retreat space. Please do not enter before being invited in. • In the event of rain or unfavourable weather, an undercover area is available just beyond the entry gate on the left-hand side. You’re welcome to wait here comfortably until the group is welcomed in together. Important: • The exact address and additional arrival details will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Please save these details for your session. • Please arrive on time, as the session will begin as scheduled. Unfortunately, arrivals more than 5 minutes late cannot be accommodated, and entry will not be permitted. Thank you for respecting this boundary and the experience of the group.
