Kundalini Activation & Cacao Ceremony There is an intelligence within you that exists beyond the mind. A natural life force that is always moving, always communicating and always guiding you back towards greater alignment with yourself. These sessions are an opportunity to step out of the constant doing, thinking and controlling — and into a deeper experience of simply being. You are invited to surrender to your own experience and allow your body and energy to lead. There is nothing you need to force, and no particular experience you need to have. Your body doesn't need to be told what to do. The facilitator's role is simply to hold the space with love, support the process and create an environment where you can feel safe enough to let go, soften and surrender into your own experience. You may experience physical movement, emotional release, energetic sensations, visions, receive downloads or insights, deep stillness or unexpected shifts. You may laugh, cry, shake, stretch or simply rest. Every experience is unique. Some people leave feeling lighter, more peaceful or deeply relaxed. Others experience a sense of clarity, connection or something that is difficult to put into words. There is no right or wrong way to experience a session — your journey will unfold in its own way. This is an invitation to reconnect with your inner knowing, let go of what you may have been holding and awaken more fully to the life that is already within you. A journey of surrender, remembrance and coming home to yourself. WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION? We will begin the session with ceremonial cacao to drop into our hearts and set an intention for the session. You will lie comfortably on a mat while carefully selected music plays throughout the session. The facilitator may gently touch you on certain points of the body (you can request not to be touched), as well as work in and around your energetic field. There is nothing you need to do, achieve or understand. Simply come with an open mind, relax, receive and allow yourself to be exactly where you are. Your only job is to surrender to the experience and see where it takes you. PREPARING FOR THE SESSION *PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT - Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. - Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Try to avoid metal zippers or snaps down your front. Bring an eye mask if you would like. - Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack such as fruit is fine. - If you can, avoid coffee prior to the session. No alcohol or use of other substances before session. LOCATION The Yoga Loft Sydney is located upstairs at 1/421 Cleveland St, Surry Hills. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from both Redfern and Central station and there is 2 hour free parking on Bourke St and Nickson St. CANCELATIONS/CHANGES You can cancel up to 24hrs before the session. *I understand that the process of Kundalini Activation may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the facilitator. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. By purchasing this ticket I affirm that I will make the facilitator aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, by purchasing this ticket it verifies that I have my physicians approval to participate.
