Lane Cove Riverside Walk, Lane Cove National Park 🗓 Saturday, 26th September 2026 📍 Meet-Up: Lane Cove National Park Cafe, 9:15am 🚆 Getting ThereIf you are commuting, you can take the M1 Tallawong Metro from Central Station, Platform 26 at 8:20am and get off at Chatswood Station. Then, you can walk to Chatswood Station, Victoria Ave, Stand G and you can take the 256 Chatswood via Chatswood West Bus at 8:48am and get off at Hawthorne Avenue at Fullers Rd. From there, you can walk 700m to Lane Cove National Park Cafe. 🚗 DrivingStreet Parking available outside the entrance of Lane Cove National Park. There is also parking inside the National Park but you would need to pay an entrance fee. 🥾 Hike Overview This scenic loop along the Lane Cove River offers a peaceful escape into nature without leaving Sydney. 🌿 The trail mixes easy riverside walking with more rugged sections along the Great North Walk, including rocky scrambles and uneven terrain.
