Men's Exercise Class - Wed Term 3

Wednesday 1pm (Please choose either Wednesday or Friday class) Join a 45‑minute gentle exercise and stretching class focused on pelvic floor strength and continence. Open to men impacted by prostate cancer and led by Men’s Health Physiotherapist Brendan Limbrey. Classes are free for one introductory term. After this, a $5 per class contribution applies to help support the program. Places are limited, so please register only if you can attend most sessions.
