You’ll learn about our house-made dulce de leche, peek behind the curtain of our gelato cake and chocolate production, and enjoy exclusive content you won’t see anywhere else. After the tour, you’ll head to Erin for a curated four course set menu, featuring a selection of Erin favourites and finishing with an exclusive Messina dessert. Each dish has been selected to showcase the craft, creativity, and ingredients that define Messina.
