Monday Yin – Slow Down & Settle In ✨ Ease into the week with yoga practice dedicated to stillness, release, and deep rest. This 45-minute Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down and turn your attention inward. Through a series of long-held, supported postures, you'll gently target the body's deep connective tissues (including fascia, ligaments, and joint) while stimulating meridian pathways used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin encourages stillness and patience, creating space to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness. ✨ What to expect: • Long-held, floor-based postures • Gentle release of deep connective tissues • Focus on meridian points and energetic balance • Space to practise stillness and mindfulness • Deep relaxation to support rest and recovery Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Options and modifications will be offered to help you find a comfortable and sustainable practice. Please bring your own yoga mat, small towel and water bottle. Your favourite blanket and pillow are welcome.
