Get to know the women around you and settle in on your mat. 🌳 Grounding A few minutes to arrive fully, settle the body and set an intention for the time ahead. 🫁 Guided Breathwork 20 minutes of guided breathwork, led at a pace that welcomes everyone 🤍 Integration & close A few minutes of stillness afterward. You can share how you’re feeling if you’d like - no pressure either way. Feel free to hang back and chat!
