Multicultural cooking demo – Turnip cake (Chinese lo bak go)

Join us to learn how to cook delicious, authentic cultural dishes with our wonderful volunteer chef. Turnip cake is a savoury cake that stands our for its soft, gooey texture on the inside and crispy pan-fried exterior.
