Yoga class cancelled – Wednesday 23 September Hi Yogis, Unfortunately, I have to cancel next Wednesday’s class on 23 September as I’m still recovering from a lower back injury. I was hoping I would recover in time, but I think I need to give myself a little more time to rest and look after myself properly. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. 🥹 Hopefully I’ll be back soon and see you all on the mat again! ❤️ There’s no yoga class on the last Wednesday of the month, so the next class will be on 7 October.
