Next Move is a 6-session Oz-tag & Footy development program designed for boys and girls aged 8–12 years. Across the program, athletes will work on speed, agility, Oz-tag and footy skills, game-specific fitness, decision-making and competitive game play in a fun, high-energy environment. Sessions are led by a Qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Australian Oz-tag Representative, combining evidence-based athletic development with practical, game-focused coaching.
