About this event
Celebrate International Day of People with Disabilities at Liverpool City Library! Everyone deserves the same opportunity to enjoy the wonderful parts of the Internet safely. With the help of the Bridge the Digital Divide initiative through Good Things Australia and Down Syndrome Australia, Liverpool Library is excited to help people living with learning or developmental disabilities learn the basics of online safety. At the end of this course, you should feel confident in knowing: • about the steps you can take to feel safer online • what to do if you feel unsure about something • what to do if something goes wrong Please tell us if you need an extra seat for your carer, we’d be happy to make space for them.
