Energising outdoor Hatha-Vinyasa yoga for ages 15–24 at Redleaf Reserve, run by WeRise with Shannon Delavault. All levels welcome. Each Friday morning session is 45 minutes of movement and stretching to start the day feeling good, outdoors, in a small group setting. When: Fridays, 2 October – 11 December (11 weeks) Time: 6:15am – 7am Where: Blackburn Gardens, Redleaf, New South Head Rd, Double Bay NSW 2028 Cost: $17 single class or $75 5-class pass What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Ideal for: Young people wanting to start a yoga practice, build flexibility, and find a relaxed, energising way to start the day. No experience needed.
