Parramatta’s Lit! Industry Day is co-curated with the local literary sector and brings writers, readers, artists and publishing professionals together for a lively day of conversations about writing, creative practice and the stories that shape our communities. The program includes Echoes in Fiction, exploring how memory, culture, place and lived experience reverberate through fictional worlds; and Stories We Have to Tell, reflecting on the urgent stories, A discussion on Music in writing Music, Man and Things I Wish Someone Had Told Me, a candid conversation offering practical advice about writing, publishing and sustaining a creative career. Industry Day is an opportunity to listen, learn, ask questions, meet other writers and take part in the broader literary life of Parramatta and Western Sydney.
