PTLO October Community Yoga Class for a cause

Community Yoga Fundraiser Join me this Saturday, 17 October, for a community yoga class in support of my family in Colombia. This class will be beginner-friendly and open to everyone. All you need is your yoga mat and some comfortable clothes. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’re welcome to join us. • Location: Kendrick Park, Tempe • Getting there: Approximately a 15-minute walk from Wolli Creek train station • Time: 10:30 am start — sharp! Please arrive from 10:15 am to give yourself time to get settled and organised. The Cause As you may be aware, on 10 August, a very strong earthquake in Colombia turned the lives of many people upside down. Unfortunately, some of my own family were affected. Over a month later, they are still navigating the difficult process of rebuilding their home, stability and future. All proceeds from this class will be donated directly to my family, who lost their home in the earthquake. Your support, whether through attending the class or simply sharing this event, means so much to us. Tickets Tickets are donation-based, so you can contribute what you feel comfortable giving. As all proceeds are being donated to my family, all payments are final and tickets are non-refundable. Arroz con Leche My mum will be making her homemade arroz con leche (rice pudding) with lots of love. These will be available to purchase for $10 each after class.
