Meet Your Instructor Simon Yuen Simon Yuen is an internationally recognised Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer, and Movement Coach with over two decades of experience in the wellness and performance space. Having trained across multiple breathwork modalities alongside renowned mentors, Simon’s work blends Functional Breathing, traditional Pranayama, emotional release practices, and nervous system awareness. His facilitation is deeply influenced by Yin Rebirthing Breathwork, honouring the lineage of Leonard Orr and a gentler, trauma-informed approach to transformation. Founder of Erthe Life, Simon facilitates breathwork experiences across Australia and Asia — blending breath, sound, and grounded presence into safe and deeply supportive spaces for self-exploration, healing, and reconnection.
