REBIRTH ~ Release the Old. Embrace the New Friday, 23 October 2026 Doors Open: 6:45 PM | Event Starts: 7:00 PM A playful journey of transformation, connection and new beginnings There comes a moment when we are ready to let go. To shed the old stories. To release what no longer serves us. And to welcome a new cycle with open arms. REBIRTH is a colourful, playful and transformative journey inspired by the wisdom of nature, plants and Spirit & Power Animals. This is an invitation to step out of the seriousness of everyday life and reconnect with your curiosity, creativity, freedom and joy. Because transformation doesn't always have to be heavy. Sometimes we transform through movement. Sometimes through laughter. Sometimes through connection. And sometimes simply by giving ourselves permission to play again. WHAT TO EXPECT CACAO CEREMONY Open your heart, connect with yourself and arrive fully in the space. PLAYFUL AUTHENTIC RELATING Connect with others in a fun and embodied way through mirroring, copying, movement, breath and playful exploration. Allow yourself to be curious. To follow. To lead. To mirror. To be seen. And to simply play. BREATH & MOVEMENT Explore creative ways of breathing and moving your body, allowing curiosity and imagination to guide you. ECSTATIC DANCE Move freely. Shake off the old. Celebrate your body. Let yourself be wild, free and alive. RELEASE & RENEWAL JOURNEY Journey through gentle activation, relaxation and conscious breathing to help release old patterns and tension held within the body. Soften what has become stuck or rigid, including outdated conditioning and beliefs, creating space to let go of the old and welcome the new. SOUND HEALING Rest deeply and allow the vibrations of sound to support relaxation, integration and renewal. COME COLOURFUL COME PLAYFUL COME ALIVE !!! Wear your favourite colourful clothes. Express yourself. Move freely. Laugh loudly. Be curious. Connect deeply. This is your invitation to bring your playful spirit and celebrate the new energy emerging within you. REBIRTH IS A JOURNEY OF... Shedding what no longer serves you. Releasing old stories and patterns. Connecting with nature and your own inner wisdom. Playing with new possibilities. Moving your body freely. Celebrating who you are becoming. Like nature, we are constantly changing. We move through endings. We shed old layers. And then, something new begins to emerge. You don't need to know exactly what comes next. You simply need to be willing to let go of what no longer belongs. And make space for what wants to be born.
