Relax & Connect

You are invited to a time dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, with a partner, a friend, or simply your own presence — a space to deeply relax your body and unwind your mind. Sometimes it's hard to find time in a busy life to intentionally connect and share moments with someone special, or even with yourself. Relax & Connect was created with the vision of giving people a time to pause, receive healing sounds, and find ways to reconnect. 💝 ABOUT THE GATHERING: 5:50pm — Doors open to get you settled 6:00pm — We start with a welcome and workshop about intentional connection 6:45pm — You will receive a deeply relaxing sound bath 7:30pm — We close the space and you are free to go or hang out 📢 WHO IS THIS FOR: Life is busy and full of a never-ending list of to-dos, and it can be hard to find time to relax, release stress, and reconnect with intention and presence. Come by yourself, with a partner, or with a friend — however you'd like to show up, return to life with renewed energy. 🤲🏼 WHAT TO EXPECT: Vanessa will share a bit about what prompted us, the power of visualisation, and intentional reconnection. Then Maria, our sound practitioner, will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath, immersing you in sounds from different instruments designed to help your body release stress and tension, while Vanessa supports the room to add layers to the experience. 🌿 THE VENUE: Hosted upstairs in the serene space of Beattie Street Health Studio (143 Beattie Street, Balmain NSW) Enter through the white door, to the left of the main studio entrance (see Gallery for image of entrance).
