It's your playground to shake off stress, reconnect with yourself and vibe out with others who GET IT. NO EXPERIENCE? PERFECT! Our choreography is a body of repetitive movement designed to make you fell challenged yet TOTALLY EMPOWERED! one groove at a time We're talking POP DIVAS, R&B VIBES, AFRO BEATS, SPICY LATIN FLAVOURS.... basically anything thats makes your body say "OOOOH YEAH" So come as you are. THIS IS A SAFE SPACE FOR ALL! Bring your two left feet and "i need this!" energy. WE GOT YOU FRIEND! READY TO GROOVE TOGETHER?
