Riverfest Silent Disco Walk

Celebrate Riverfest with a fun-filled Family Silent Disco Walk along the beautiful Bay Run! Put on your wireless headphones and get ready for music, dancing, games and playful activities as you explore the foreshore together. Designed with children and families in mind, this fully facilitated experience is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Parents, grandparents and carers are encouraged to join in too. No dance experience is needed, just bring comfortable shoes, water, sun protection and a sense of fun! The walk starts and finishes at end of Maliyawul St Waterfront Car Park, near Leichhardt Skate Park & Leichhardt Oval Number 3 follows a gentle family-friendly loop along the Bay Run. Prams and baby wearing are welcome. Please note: Every adult and child attending must be registered so there are enough headphones for everyone. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and headphone fitting. Hosted by Disco Peeps in partnership with Parramatta River Catchment Group, this event is part of Riverfest ‒ celebrating the Parramatta River and its surrounds.
