SDS prezentzzzzz 💔 🏖️ SLIPPERY SUMMA SUNDAYZZZZZ 🏖️ Once a month, new line up each month, on a random Sunday, for the next 6 months of spring and summa!!! 😎🌴🏖️ 4-10pm At Slipway in the Mothership Studios Courtyard Line up October 11th 2026 ⛱️ CHARLIE VILLAS ⛱️ LORNA CLARKSON ⛱️ BETTY GRUMBLE ⛱️ ANNABELLE GASPAR 🏖️ AUNTIE WOMBAT ON THE GRILL !!! This is a wheelchair accessible venue and a licensed venue. The courtyard is accessible via a gate (no steps), and a wheelchair accessible bathroom is located inside, via a ramp. Light haze will be in use, there are no strobes. No BYO. Food and drinks available for purchase. SDS is a space to dance, prance, relax, connect, cruise and chill. ☀️ This event is taking place outside so be sure to wear/bring attire/sun protection u need for your bod and drink water :) 💦 SDS does not tolerate racism, ageism, transphobia, ableism. Dykes and friends of come in many different expressions. Let’s celebrate each other and our multitudes. SDS takes place in Bulanaming/Marrickville, on the unceeded lands of the Gadigal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation. Location of Goolay’yari River (meaning pelican) and pre colonisation was home to the fertile Gumbamorra Swamp, a vital seasonal wetland and food source for local Aboriginal peoples. We offer gratitude and respect to the ancestors and the elders past and present. Sovereignty has never been ceded. To this day, colonisation continues to impact First Nations people’s connections to their land, culture, spirituality, ancestry, language, family and community. SDS recognises that decolonisation, land back and paying the rent is a non negotiable. The past, present, future is First Nations.
