Sagardotegi Night at Gure Txoko This year is our 60th Anniversary, and we will celebrate it the way it deserves! Come along and enjoy a special night on the final Saturday of our anniversary celebrations. For one night, Gure Txoko becomes a traditional Basque Sagardotegi. Our special guest chef is travelling from Melbourne to cook a classic cider house menu, just like in the Basque Country. The menu Starters • Selection of Gure Txoko signature pintxos First course • Txistorra a la sidra (Basque sausage cooked in cider) • Morcilla con cebolla caramelizada (black pudding with caramelised onion) • Tortilla de bacalao (salt cod omelette) Mains • Ensalada de la huerta (garden salad) • Pimientos de piquillo confitados (slow-cooked piquillo peppers) • Txuleta (grilled bone-in rib steak) Dessert • Queso, membrillo y nueces (cheese with quince paste and walnuts) What's included • A full traditional cider house menu • A shared-table, txoko atmosphere Drinks: Spanish wines, beer, soft drinks and spirits are available to purchase from the bar.
