This ticketed event presents the most recent advancements and up to date evidence on injury prevention. Bone stress injuries, tendinopathies, dietary considerations for running, and red flags to look out for are just some of the themes you’ll explore. It includes 5 talks by experts in running injuries and runners themselves that are designed to present the most up to date research in ways that are easily understood and applicable to runners the very next day.
