Guilherme, our Caviar Ambassador, will explain the different varieties of caviar and fish roe, with a guided tasting of caviar. You will learn to taste caviar in the most authentic way, traditionally as the experts do, revealing the subtle differences of each style of caviar to give you an understanding of how to enjoy and select the best product. Attendees will taste a selection of champagne in this stand-up cocktail event. Nestled on Moncur Street for over 20 years, our boutique cellar is renowned for its curated selection of bespoke and classic wines, many of which are rare and hard to find. Under the expert guidance of Woollahra local Mark Blake, they have established themselves as a cornerstone of premium quality. JON OSBEISTON BACKGROUND Jon Osbeiston have been in the wine industry for 42+ years, working mainly in independent retail businesses before starting his own retail & Importing business in 1994 with some partners. Over the next 20+ years the Ultimo Wine Centre was considered to be the leading retail shop in Sydney. Jon specialised in French, Italian and premium Australian wines, owning a wholesale division World Wine Estates, importing wines directly. He has travelled extensively in Europe & Australia sourcing wines and has appeared on various tasting panels at wine shows and on wine magazine tasting panels, as well as giving specialist commentaries in various media channels. Jon sold his business in 2014 to one of the major chains and has since worked in retail & restaurants, as well as consulting to trade clients helping set up various businesses.
