Songs & Tales

Songs & Tales A journey of music and stories with Santino Salvadore and Marco Fields Red Rattler Theatre — November 22 Two voices, three homelands, one stage. Songs & Tales brings together singer-song writers Santino Salvadore and Marco Fields for an intimate evening where music and storytelling become one language. Drawing from the warmth of Italy, the soul of Chile, and the wide open spirit of Australia, this performance weaves folk melodies, original songs, and spoken narrative into a single unfolding journey. Expect the rhythm of the Mediterranean meeting the poetry of the Andes, grounded by the laid-back warmth of Australian songcraft. Between songs, Santino and Marco share the stories behind the music — memories of home, of migration, of the people and places that shaped them — inviting the audience not just to listen, but to travel with them. This is a night built on collaboration: two artists trading verses, harmonies, and languages, finding the common thread that runs through every culture — the need to tell our stories and be heard. Part performance, part fireside gathering, Songs & Tales celebrates connection across distance, reminding us that no matter where a song begins, it can find a home in anyone who listens. Music. Memory. Meeting in the middle.
