If you always wanted to know how to make sourdough bread, then this is the right class for you. What to expect: Introduction to sourdough breads, how to make them, how to bake them and their health benefits. We'll get hands on in mixing, shaping and baking and eating breads. We'll also make some sourdough pizza and other goodies. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be supplied along with a goodie bag to take home. You can BYO wine or beer if you wish. What to bring: Apron, closed toe shoes, sensational conversation and lots of questions. The event takes place at Staple bakery in Seaforth. Happy kneading and baking!
