Spicy Book Club

Spicy Book Club is your monthly chance to discuss romance, romantasy and anything with a heated twist, following an extra spicy session of Pilates to get you warm, flowing (and a touch sweaty). Led by Pilates instructor Kaiya Johnson and meeting on the third Wednesday of each month. All props and mats provided, alongside drinks and nibblies. Join us for a discussion of Unleashed by Eden, followed by an author Q&A with Jade. Kaiya Johnson is a Reformer, Mat & Barre Pilates instructor. Her classes focus on flow, and moving my clients in all three planes of motion (coronal, saggital and transverse). Currently teaching full-time all over Sydney, in her spare time she enjoys the beach and reading - preferably together!
