Starfish Club Laneous 2 November 2026

Laneous is our guest at the Starfish Club in November. The wonderfully talented Melbourne based singer and guitarist will be joined by an incredible line up of Clayton (just back from New Orleans) Doley on keys, Oliver Thorpe pedal steel guitar, Fabian Hevia percussion and of course the Starfish Rhythm Section of Hamish Stuart drums and Jonathan Zwartz double bass. The music for this show will be a selection of standards, popular songs from the 1960's, Hawaian music, western swing and Laneous originals. All blended into a nostalgic dream of 1950's and 1960's American lounge music. You will be in the Purple Tree lounge in Wyoming circa 1962, sipping a martini. Championed by such taste makers as the BBC's Giles Peterson, Laneous headed a sold out 'Starfish presents' show at last year's Sydney Festival, as well as two back to back sold out shows earlier this year. This time there is only one performance, so don't miss out, please book early. Doors at 6pm, Music from 7pm. And Wendy's chicken curry is back, kitchen open from 6pm
