‘Meet the Innovators’ is SUSMI’s newest expo showcasing the people, projects and ideas transforming the future of healthcare. Come along to discover innovative medical technologies developed by university students, researchers and emerging start-ups from across Sydney, with opportunities to see prototypes, demonstrations and interactive displays up close. Whether you’re studying biomedical engineering, medical science, computer science, business, law or simply interested in how ideas can become real-world healthcare solutions, there will be plenty to explore. Meet the innovators behind each project, hear about how they turned an idea into something tangible, and discover the different pathways into medical innovation, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary collaboration. With around a dozen stalls, ‘Meet the Innovators’ is an opportunity to see what is being created right here in our community, connect with like-minded students and innovators, and be inspired by what you could create yourself!
