Swedish sommelier Signe Lindahl, together with the team at FIKA, will take you on a journey through some of Sweden's most loved dishes, exploring how traditional Swedish food can be beautifully paired with Australian wine. Enjoy a four-course Swedish dinner, with each course individually served and paired with a 110ml pour of Australian wine.
