Sydney: Inclusive Facilitation workshop

Facilitating inclusive learning isn't just another layer of work. It is THE work. This masterclass is for trainers and facilitators who want to run more inclusive workshops and have better learner outcomes. Are you experienced at facilitating or training but feel like you could get more out of some participants? Because here’s what often happens. • Only the confident voices speak. • Group work favours extroverts. • Neurodivergent learners quietly withdraw. And when people do not feel safe or included, learning and participation can suffer. In this half-day, hands-on workshop you’ll discover where inclusion falls short, why it happens in the first place, and what to do about it. We’ll examine the subtle, frequently unconscious barriers that can make some participants feel unheard, hesitant, or disconnected. You will leave with practical strategies you can start using straight away to design workshops that increase participation, strengthen psychological safety, and improve learner outcomes. This masterclass is for trainers and facilitators who want to run more inclusive workshops and have better learner outcomes.
