The Tall Ship James Craig is all set to start its journey ahead of the race, securing the perfect vantage point to witness the fleet's departure from the harbour. You'll be in the midst of the action as the yachts race past on their way south. • Boarding 9:00 am - Departing 9:30 am - Returning 3:30 pm • Where to arrive: Tall Ship James Craig at North Wharf, Pyrmont (next to light house at Australian National Maritime Museum) • What to wear: sensible footwear and a windproof jacket are recommended. The weather may change during the sail/cruise, so a windproof jacket is essential as it may be breezy and cold out in the harbour. Special Conditions • Due to safety requirements children must be at least 12 years old to board the vessel. • Due to its heritage nature, the vessel is not wheelchair accessible. Stilettos, sharp-heeled shoes, and smoking are strictly prohibited. • If, in the Master's opinion on the day, the wind or sea state is deemed unsuitable for passengers' comfort, the event will be cancelled, and passengers will be refunded.
