Tantra, The Basics Learn the basics of Tantric Wisdom And be Introduced to a Luscious Path When we think of Tantra, many often think of a great way of exploring intimacy. This is natural when so much of Tantra is marketed to improve our love lives. Tantra is actually a way of life and a system of techniques that have been developed to bring clarity and connection to everyday experiences, including but not limited to intimacy. In finding clarity and connection beneath the mystifying and mundane, we can reach blissful transcendence, which makes life radiant. In this workshop, we explore the fundamentals in modern tantric wisdom — experience, presence and embodiment, the self, the chakra system and sacred intimacy. We also look at trauma and how it affects the practice. A few easy rituals will be shared that can be used to bring more radiance and bliss to your life. We will do some fun, tame practices so you can begin to sense your energy field, feel more embodied and present to subtle details of your experience. This is a beautiful opportunity to be amidst like-minded and curious others in a safe and supportive environment to learn wonderful new things and ask any questions you have. Practices are equally appropriate for singles, couples, and all sexual orientations and genders of 18+ years.
