TBC - Build your Digital Ecosystem Workshop

Duration: 1 hour Prerequisites: nothing Why: to understand and practice piecing together the digital ecosystem elements. What is a digital ecosystem? It's not just how you tell your story online but also how all the different elements connect together. From first contact to great working with you, having your systems in place will make the journey smoother. NFP, social enterprise or for profit organisations share many of the same challenges. Understanding how digital ecosystems work and grow will help you and your team make the best decisions around focusing time and budget towards taking that next step. In this session we use a website as the hub of your digital ecosystem. Presenting the offer of your brand in a way that lands with your audience clearly on your website will influence your entire communications digital ecosystem. Next are the booking, payment and accounting systems which once set up will help your start up organisation decrease the barriers to entry and stay compliant. More info here.
