The Deepening

An invitation to deepen your experience of community by consistently showing up each month alongside the same group of women for four months on Gayamaygal land. The ongoing commitment offers an opportunity for you to form connections with the women willing to show up alongside you that are craving the same thing ~ community and belonging. You will begin your journey within the season of winter, as an ode to self, a hibernation of sorts as you explore your inner world. Together we will re-emerge in Spring, unfurled and ready to bloom. We will gather close to the full moon each month so that you can attune to your inner cycle and become familiar with how it aligns to the cycles of nature and the moon's rhythm. The space will be heart led so that you too can drop into your heart and soften. To allow yourself to truly be seen and heard, just as you are, because there is nothing to be fixed here. We will nurture your nervous system and open the feminine through slowing down, presence, self expression, creativity, movement and becoming unified with mother nature as you connect to her and remember your interconnectedness with the ecology of life. By tending to both your inner and outer ecosystems, you will deepen your connection to life and strengthen your sense of belonging within the wider web of humanity.
