The Friday Exhale | Sound Bath

A Friday night sound bath to help release the weeks stressors so you can reset and enjoy your weekend. Join Soothe for The Friday Exhale - a deeply restorative evening designed to help you slow down, switch off and leave the week behind. We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breathwork before moving into an immersive sound bath using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, soothing percussion and calming soundscapes. The repetitive sounds and vibrations are designed to encourage deep relaxation, quieten a busy mind and help your body move out of “doing” mode and into rest. No experience is needed. You don’t need to be able to meditate. You don’t need to “clear your mind”. And you definitely don’t need to achieve anything. Just lie down, get cosy and allow yourself a guilt free hour where you can properly stop and rest. BYO yoga mats, pillow & blanket or if you prefer to travel light, purchase your VIP Comfort kit which includes a mat, pillow, blanket & eye mask for maximum ease & comfort. And stay tuned for upcoming announcements about future events.
