The Hope Diaries Writing Circle

Have you started to grow tired of the doomsday predictions of 'where the world is heading'? I have! While we obviously need a space to observe the horrors and critique systems, too much of this doesn't leave room for the possibility of what's to come. This writing circle is about re-activating, amplifying and, at the very least, practicing what it is like to hold a position of hope. Through prompts and 10-min writing intervals, I will guide you towards excavating hope from unexpected places. This event is perfect for you if you: • Wish to carve out time for your creativity • Are interested in social change • Don't mind skipping the small talk and diving straight into substance Logistics • To open and close the space together, attendees are expected to attend for the duration (2-5pm) • Location: Opposite Petersham train station (address supplied) • You will be hosted by Sarah, Adam and joined by up to 4 other guests. • Tea, snacks, pens provided. All you need is a notebook :)
