The Public Speaking Gym — Find Your Voice You have something to say. Tonight, you say it. A safe, small room to practise using your voice, speak up with confidence, and stop rehearsing in silence built on the B.R.A.V.E. Method. What this is: A live practice session, not a showcase. You leave having spoken, not having watched. Who it's for: People whose voice shrinks in meetings and moments that matter. People who rehearse what they'll say and never say it. People done letting doubt have the final word. What happens on the night: • Find Your Voice — get honest about where you go quiet, and why • Practise Speaking Up — real reps, out loud, in the room • The B.R.A.V.E. Method — a felt experience of the framework in action • Real-Time Feedback — direct, coaching from Michelle as you practise • A Safe Community — capped at 12, so every voice gets space This is not a performance night, a polished talk, a lecture, or a generic public speaking course.
