The Sunday Ritual | December Sound Bath

The shopping lists, social events, family commitments and end-of-year celebrations can wait. This is your time. The shopping lists, social events, family commitments and end-of-year celebrations can wait. This is your time. Join us for Soothe Studio's Sunday Ritual, a special festive season sound bath designed to help you step away from the Christmas rush and gift yourself something we all need more of at this time of year... stillness. Wrapped in comfort, you'll be guided through a gentle meditation before settling into an immersive sound experience featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, percussion and calming soundscapes that encourage deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. Whether the season fills you with excitement, exhaustion, or a bit of both, this is an opportunity to slow down, refill your cup and reconnect with yourself before the year comes to a close. The greatest gift you can give yourself this Christmas is the space to breathe. Bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket, or travel light with a VIP Comfort Kit including a mat, pillow, blanket and eye mask. And stay tuned for upcoming announcements about future events.
