LGBTQIA+ parents and carers join a six-session program to improve communication with their teenagers. Participants learn strategies to help teens manage emotions, resolve conflict, and prevent behavior problems in a supportive environment.

Tuning in to Teens is a practical, evidence-based parenting program designed to help parents and carers build stronger, more positive relationships with their teenagers. Would you like to learn how to: • be better at talking with your teen? • be better at understanding your teen? • help your teen learn to manage their emotions? • help to prevent behaviour problems in your teen? • teach your teen to deal with conflict? We are running a six-session program in a safe and supportive environment specifically for LGBTQIA+ parents and carers. There is no cost for this program. Registration is essential and we will reach out to each participant to complete a brief assessment prior to confirming your booking, so that we can ensure the group fits each participant's needs.
