Waverton Front Desk Information Session

Love borrowing? Love helping people? Come join our Front Desk team! The Sydney Library of Things is looking for friendly, community-minded volunteers to join our Waverton Front Desk team at The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability Front Desk volunteers are the welcoming face of the Library - helping people borrow and return items, answering questions, checking equipment and keeping things running smoothly. You don’t need to know everything about our 300-ish items that people can borrow - we’ll show you the ropes! The commitment is around 8 - 10 shifts a year on Saturday mornings from 8.30am-12pm, but we're happy if you want to volunteer more often. It’s a great way to meet people, learn new skills and be part of a friendly team that’s helping people borrow rather than buy. Interested? Come along to our short info session to find out more about the role, what’s involved and whether it’s for you. We’d love to see you! Just click the "Register" button & add your details.
