This high tea will take you out of Toowoomba and into the wonderful, rich history of Champagne. Five exceptional Champagnes will be served over high tea in this very decadent brunch. Kyla is an amazing story teller and will take guests on a sparkling journey through the colourful history, romance, and artistry of France’s most celebrated wine region. From the royal courts of Europe to the underground cellars of Épernay, each pour reveals a new chapter in Champagne’s extraordinary story.
