You’ll work directly with the team at Manufacturing Skills Queensland to build your first complete workforce plan using a framework designed specifically for manufacturers. This workshop is subsidised through Manufacturing Skills Queensland’s Industry Workforce Advisor Program, supported and funded by the Queensland Government. Upon completion of a workforce plan, eligible small manufacturers (fewer than 20 employees) can access a $2,000 Skills and Workforce Development Subsidy to implement action items on the plan.
