A Relaxed and welcoming weekly gathering created by carers or carers This is a space for carers to come together, share experiences, support one another, and build meaningful social connections in the community. Activities and locations are decided by carers themselves, giving everyone the opportunity to shape the group and create experiences that matter to them. Whether it’s a coffee catch-up, walk in the park, morning tea, or community activity, this group is all about connection, friendship, and supporting each other along the way.
