The Exhale - A Womb Healing & Reiki Gathering

The Exhale An intimate womb healing and Reiki circle When was the last time you had space to stop - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too? The Exhale is an intimate evening created for women who have been busy caring, giving, managing and holding everything together. You’ll be invited to put down what you’ve been carrying, soften into the support around you and reconnect with the woman beneath the busyness. Throughout the evening, Bec from SOL Nourishments will gently guide you through a womb connection meditation, Reiki healing and an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls. This experience has been thoughtfully created to help you: • Step away from the noise and demands of everyday life • Settle your body and quieten your mind • Connect with your womb and inner wisdom • Release what feels heavy or no longer belongs to you • Feel supported without needing to perform or achieve • Leave feeling lighter, grounded and more connected to yourself You don’t need any previous experience - simply come as you are. Every part of the evening is an invitation, and you’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels comfortable for you. Mats, bolsters, blankets and everything else you need will be prepared for you. If possible, allow yourself a little quiet space after the gathering so you don’t need to rush immediately back into the outside world. You don’t need to have a physical womb to participate.
