This 4-hour workshop is designed to provide participants with an understanding of loss and grief and an opportunity to gain knowledge, strategies and resources to support themselves and others on this journey. Learning Outcomes: Through the completion of this workshop, you will be able to: · Explore the impacts of loss and grief on your life. · Recognise the different types of grief. · Identify how to support someone who is grieving. · Develop personal Self-Care strategies to support yourself while grieving.
